AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF RIGHT -
OF -WAY REQUIREMENT FOR FOREST HILL ADDITION,
LOT 7, BLOCK 14 (Z -6282) LOCATED AT 3922 WEST 12TH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of right -of -way requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of
Little Rock for Forest Hill Addition, Lot 7, Block 14, located at 3922 West 12' Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan be deferred, until the property is redeveloped including removal of buildings
located at the intersection of Cedar Street and 12" Street or for five (5) years, whichever
occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
