AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6266 - Described as part of Lot 1, Eagle
Commercial Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 1, thence
N87025100" west 100.54 feet; thence N2042132•"
East 157.57 feet to the North line of said Lot
1; thence S72003110" East along the said North
line 90.37 feet; thence N88 039'50" East and
continuing along said North line 12.8 feet to
the NE corner of said Lot 1; thence S2 027150"
West along the East line of said Lot 1, 134.5
feet to the point of beginning: From "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
