AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BILLY GENE'S PLACE
LOCATED AT 2901 WELCH STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Billy Gene's Place located at 2901 Welch Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of section 31 -282,
requiring that whenever a commercial subdivision abuts a partially constructed public
street, a minimum one -half the street be constructed to boundary street standards
including sidewalk. This waiver will allow the existing pavement width on Welch
Street to remain.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
