ORDINANCE NO. 17,472
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BARROW PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 8700 YOUNG ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Barrow Properties located at 8700 Young Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31 -282,
requiring that whenever a commercial subdivision abuts a partially constructed public
street, a minimum one - half the street be constructed to boundary street standards. This
waiver will allow the existing street widths to remain versus the requirement to widen
to 18 feet from centerline
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
