AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE UNITED METHODIST
FOUNDATION OF ARKANSAS (Z -6249) LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF HARRISON AND EVERGREEN
STREETS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for The United Methodist Foundation of Arkansas located at the northwest corner of Harrison
and Evergreen Streets, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of section 31 -282,
requiring that whenever a commercial subdivision abuts a partially constructed public
street, a minimum one -half the street be constructed to boundary street standards. This
waiver will allow the existing pavement widths on Harrison Street and Evergreen Street
to remain.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
