ORDINANCE NO. 17,462
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT OFFICE TITLED THE UNITED
METHODIST FOUNDATION OF ARKANSAS SHORT -
FORM PD -0 (Z -6249) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
HARRISON AND EVERGREEN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -O Planned District Office.
Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Hollenberg Addition.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for the United Methodist Foundation Short -Form
PD -O is time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section
36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
