17458M W � s ORDINANCE NO. 17,458 Mir M M s s AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE PINNACLE AND CHENAL DISTRICTS, NORTH OF CHENONCEAU BLVD., FROM SINGLE FAMILY, OFFICE AND EXISTING BUSINESS TO MULTIFAMILY, PUBLIC, SUBURBAN OFFICE AND PARK /OPEN SPACE AND FOR OTHER MATTERS. WHEREAS, the Planning Staff after review of the area believes it is appropriate to modify the Plan; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after review at a public hearing recommends the Plan be modified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. An area north of Cantrell Road, west of Patrick Country Road is changed from Existing Business to Public Institutional. This is the location of a church. SECTION 2. An area south of Cantrell Road between Becknell Lane and Chenonceau is changed from Single Family and Existing Business to Suburban Office. SECTION 3. An area north of Chenonceau Blvd. at Bayonne Drive is changed from Single Family and Office to Multifamily. This area is currently vacant and zoned for Multifamily use. SECTION 4. An area north of Chenonceau Blvd. east of Aberdeen Drive is changed from Single Family to Park /Open Space. This is an existing neighborhood park. SECTION 5. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the attached sketch Map.
