ORDINANCE NO. 17,410
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE RODNEY PARHAM
DISTRICT, THE WEST SIDE OF HINSON LOOP
ROAD, SOUTH OF THE OFFICE LAND USE
DESIGNATION, NORTH OF RAINWOOD ROAD FROM
MULTI FAMILY TO MIXED OFFICE COMMERCIAL;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff after review of the area
believes it is appropriate to modify the Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of
the issue at a public hearing recommends the Plan to be
modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. An area on the west side of Hinson Loop Road,
south of the office land use designation, north of Rainwood
Road, changed from Multi Family to Mixed Office Commercial.
