17391129 ORDINANCE NO. 17,391 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR TIPTON AND HURST (Z- 922 -A) LOCATED AT 1801 NORTH GRANT STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Tipton and Hurst located at 1801 North Grant Street. Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master Street Plan be waived. The specific waiver is for ten (10) feet of right -of -way on Cantrell Road and two and one -half (2 %:) feet on North Grant Street. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
