ORDINANCE NO. 17,389
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR SMITH
DAYCARE (Z -6233) LOCATED AT 1500 SOUTH PEYTON
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Smith Daycare located at 1500 South Peyton Street.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
commercial street improvements for 15' Street, be deferred for a period of two (2)
years. The specific deferral is for residential street pavement widening including
sidewalk.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -201, requiring construction of a sidewalk on the
frontage of commercial subdivisions be deferred for a period of two (2) years for
Peyton Street frontage.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
