AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR WOODLAKE VILLAGE (Z-
2729-G) LOCATED AT 1300 LEANDER ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little
Rock for Woodlake Village located at 1300 Leander Road.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201 requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required commercial street improvements for Leander Road, be waived. The specific
waiver is for that portion of commercial street widening beyond a residential street
widening as shown on the approved site plan. A sidewalk is required on the Leander
Road frontage.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -201 requiring construction of a sidewalk on the frontage
of a commercial subdivision be waived. The specific waiver is for the construction of a
sidewalk on the new minor residential street frontage of the relocated Cauldren Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
