AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY
SPACING PROVISIONS FOR AUTUMN ROAD
PROFESSIONAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 904 AUTUMN
ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Autumn
Road Professional Building located at 904 Autumn Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, limiting the spacing of driveways on collector
streets to one (1) driveway for each three hundred (300) feet of lot frontage, be waived
to provide for two (2) driveways within three hundred and sixty (360) feet frontage with
two hundred (200) foot spacing of driveways. Restricted turning movements are
required for the north driveway as a condition of this waiver.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
