ORDINANCE NO. 17,379 37
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16,249
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED PARK LANE SHORT -FORM PRD (Z -5559) AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF EAST 15TH STREET AT
PARK LANE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,249 was passed on July 21, 1992
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,249 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Residential District titled Park Lane Short -Form PRD at the NE
corner of East 15th Street at Park Lane.
SECTION 2. That the property described as Lots 5 and 6 of
Block 6, Braggs Addition to the City of Little Rock be restored
to MDR Medium Density Residential and that the official zoning
map of the City of Little Rock indicate the change.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage and approval.
