ORDINANCE NO.- 17,378 36
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16,193
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED MOTT APARTMENTS SHORT -FORM PRD (Z-
5538) AT 5616 WEST 28TH STREET, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,193 was passed on April 7, 1992
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. `
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,193 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Residential District titled Mott Apartments Short -Form PRD at
5616 West 28th Street.
SECTION 2. That the property described as Lot 8, Block 1,
C. O. Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas be
restored to R -5 Multifamily District and that the official zoning
maps of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas indicate the change.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage and approval.
