ORDINANCE NO. 17,377
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,480
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED HILARO SPRINGS APARTMENTS SHORT -FORM
PRD (Z -4986) AT 9400 HILARO SPRINGS ROAD,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,480 was passed on May 17, 1988
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,480 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Residential District titled Hilaro Springs Apartments Short -Form
PRD at 9400 Hilaro Springs Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described below be restored to
R -2 Single Family; and that the official zoning maps of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas indicate the change:
Part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 5, T -1-
S, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 5; thence run Southwesterly along
the Center of Hilaro Springs Road 350.05 feet;
thence run N86008120" West 239.4 feet; thence run
N82 056' West 33.7 feet to a point of beginning;
thence run N820561 West 213.5 feet; thence run
N04 017136" East 312.5 feet; thence run 5890551 East
203.5 feet; thence run SO4 049111" West 102.5 feet;
thence run S010511 East 74.58 feet; thence run
582056104" East 36.9 feet; thence run S86008120"
East 209.04 feet to the west right -of -way of Hilaro
Springs Road; thence run Southwesterly along said
road right -of -way 29.5 feet to a point; thence run
N86 008.20" West 209.04 feet; thence run N82056104"
West 33.7 feet; thence run 504016' West 131.5 feet
to the point of beginning, containing in all 1.72 3 5
acres more or less.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage and approval.
