ORDINANCE NO. 17,376
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,894
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED ALDERSGATE /KANIS APARTMENTS LONG -
FORM PRD (Z -4403) AT 1200 THROUGH 1600
ALDERSGATE ROAD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,894 was passed on June 4, 1985
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances establishes a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,894 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Residential District titled Aldersgate /Long -Form PRD on
Aldersgate Road between 1200 and 1600 Blocks.
SECTION 2. That the property described below the restored
to MF -24 Multifamily and be indicated on the official zoning maps
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner
