AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,710
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT
TITLED CEDAR BRANCH PHASE II PRD LONG -FORM
PRD (Z -4250) ON FAIRVIEW ROAD IN THE 11800
BLOCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,710 was passed on August 7, 1984
establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36, of
the Code of Ordinances establishes a three (3) year preliminary
approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed to
complete the conditions of approval within the specified time
line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance and
restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,710 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification Planned
Residential District titled Cedar Branch Phase II Long -Form PRD
on Fairview Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described: Plot "G ",
Woodland Heights, be restored to R -2 Single Family; and that the
official zoning maps of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
indicate the change.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage and approval.
