AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
DRIVEWAY SPACING PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR A PART OF TRACT 3,
MONTCLAIR SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 1012 AUTUMN
ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Part
of Tract 3, Montclair Subdivision, located at 1012 Autumn Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -43, requiring the nearest point of driveway to be located
twenty -five (25) feet from a property corner be waived.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
