AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5180 -B - Described as part of Tract 3,
Montclair Subdivision, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a rebar and the NE corner of said
Tract 3, Montclair Subdivision and the West
right -of -way line of Autumn Road, thence
S01 005141" West along the West right -of -way line
of Autumn Road 102.00 feet to a rebar; thence
N87013121" West 220.00 feet to a rebar in a
fence line; thence North along said fence line
102.00 feet to a rebar, and the NW corner of
said Tract 3, Montclair Subdivision; thence
S87 013121" East along the North line of said
Tract 3 for 220.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.515 acres (22,430.31
square feet) more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family to "0-3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
