ORDINANCE NO. 17,333
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY MASTER
PARRS PLAN (ORDINANCE 14,517),
MODIFYING A PROPOSED PARR AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND
GAMBLE ROAD, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
conducting a Public Hearing on the matter recommends the
park site be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1.In the Parks Plan Text under new park site
" #35 12E (CP) Rock Creek Park Expansion," the legal
description is hereby modified by removing the following
described area of property.
Part of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commence at the NW corner of the East 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 5; thence S00 052133 "W along the
West line of the East 1/2 NE 1/4 708.27' to the
Point of Beginning; thence N41034132 "E 347.96';
thence S87 036122 "E 256.531; thence S00 052133 "W
927.011; thence S29050125 "W 147.15' to the point
of curvature of a curve to the right (said curve
having a radius of 1,492.41); thence in
Northwesterly direction along the arc of said
curve to the right to the point of tangency
thereof (said curve segment having a chord bearing
and distance of N62037'58 "W 250.30'); thence along
another curve to the right (said curve having a
radius of 1,492.41); thence in Northwesterly
direction along the arc of said curve to the right
to the point of tangency thereof (said curve
segment having a chord bearing and distance of

thence N83041111"W 89.401; thence N00052133 "E

containing 10.98 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. The Rock Creek Park Expansion Site as shown
of the Park System Plan is modified to reflect the removal
of said described land.
