AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
GREY ROCK LONG -FORM PD -C (Z -6199) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -C Planned District Commercial.
A part of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the East 1/2
of the NE 1/4 of Section 5; thence
500052133 "W along the West line of the East
1/2 NE 1/4 641.31 to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue 500052133 "W along the West
line of said East 1/2, NE 1/4 66.961; thence
N41034132" E 347.961; thence S87036131" East
256.5311 thence 500052133" west 927.01';
thence S29050125" West 147.15' to a point on
the North right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway
(said point also being on the arc of a curve
to the left having a radius of 1,492.401);
thence in a Northwesterly direction along
said curve to the left to a point which is

point; thence continue along the arc of said
curve to the left to a point on the West line
said East 1/2 HE 1/4, said point being

thence continue in a Westerly direction along
the North right -of -way line of Chenal Parkway

Parkway adjacent to Home Depot.)
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Grey Rock (Long -Form PD -C) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-
454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
