AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY SPACING
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES FOR STRAUSS
DISTRIBUTORS, INC. LOCATED AT 4000
WEST 65TH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Little Rock for Strauss Distributors, Inc. located at 4000 West 65' Street as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, limiting the spacing of driveways on industrial
streets to one (1) driveway for each three hundred (300) feet of lot
frontage, be waived to provide for an additional driveway within the three
hundred (300) foot frontage containing an existing driveway.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
