BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6203 - Described as part of Tract 39,
Gloeckler's Acres Subdivision, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Tract 39;
thence NO3 043126 "E along the East line of said
Tract 39 262.581; thence S18 022.49 "W 24.62' to
the Point of Beginning; thence in a southerly
direction along the current West right -of -way
line of Stanton Road the following courses;
58022149 "W 32.311; S03 027'03 "W 140.0';
S41 052147 "W 50.22' to a point on the current
right -of -way line of Baseline Road (Arkansas
Highway #338); thence in a westerly direction
