AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6201 - Described as part of the NW 1/4
Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W described as follows:
Begin at the NW corner NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence 588013'07 "E
along the North line of said Section 8 a
distance of 886.531; thence 52038.42 "W a
distance of 991.0' to a point; thence West
along a line parallel with said North line of
Section 8 a distance of 301; thence South
2038'42" West 217.091; thence South 530 west a
distance of 129.141; thence South 530 East a
distance of 132.0' to the point of intersection
with the Northerly right -of -way line of
Arkansas Highway 5; thence Southwesterly along
said right -of -way line 899.95' to a point of
intersection with the West line of said Section
8; thence N2032.23 "E 1,939.70' to the Point of
Beginning, being 32.48 acres, more or less:

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and here is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in 75 5
full force from and after its passage and approval.
