ORDINANCE NO. 17,301
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PARK SYSTEM MASTER
PLAN (14,517) RELOCATING A PROPOSED COMMUNITY
PARR SITE AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Staff after review of the
area believes it is appropriate to relocate a proposed community
park site from a site along the Haw Creek to a site south of
Crystal Valley Road and East of Crystal Valley Lateral (West
Loop); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after conducting a public
hearing on the issue recommends the community park be relocated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Plan Text is amended to remove the following
under Proposed Park Sites:
29. 11C (CP) Crystal Valley Road Site
All of the area contained in the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W.
SECTION 2. The Plan Text is amended to add the following
under Proposed Park Sites:
29. ll(C) Crystal Valley /West Loop Site
All of the area contained in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -13 -W.
SECTION 3. The Parks Master Plan Map is amended to remove a
proposed collector northeast of the Baseline - Colonel Carl
Miller intersection as shown on the attached sketch.
