17299M men ORDINANCE No. 17 , 299 690 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR EAGLE HILL COUNTRY CLUB (Z- 4853 -C) LOCATED AT BASELINE ROAD, COLONEL MILLER ROAD, AND CRYSTAL VALLEY ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Eagle Hill Country Club located on Baseline Road, Colonel Miller Road, and Crystal Valley Road as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the required Master Street Plan improvements for Baseline Road, Colonel Miller Road, and Crystal Valley Road, be deferred for a period of three (3) years. Improvements on Baseline and Colonel Miller Roads will be required prior to the expiration of three years, if the average daily traffic count exceeds 5,000 ADT, or the construction of Phase II. If the traffic count triggers the improvements, the applicant can close access to Colonel Miller Road and continue the deferral of the improvements for the full three years. Crystal Valley Road improvements are to be deferred for three years or until access is taken from a future phase, whichever occurs first. The deferral does not include improvements the applicant has agreed to construct including: principal arterial improvements on Baseline Road from the west entry, which is across from Wimbleton Drive, to the east limits of the property including center left turn lane for the west entry drive and widening on Colonel Miller Road to facilitate a center left turn lane at the planned entry drive on Colonel Miller Road. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
