ORDINANCE NO. 17,295
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
VOGEL -JONES HIGHWAY 10 SELF - SERVICE CAR
WASH (Z -6179) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
"AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PD -C Planned District Commercial.
Part of the East 1/2, East 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said East 1/2, East
1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence N01 050150" East 813.03
feet; thence N63017134" West 231.20 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N63017134"
West 130.04 feet; thence N01055135" East 258.48
feet to a point on the Southerly right -of -way line
of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence along
said right -of -way line S60009104" East 154.03
feet; thence continuing along said right -of -way
line 583021102" East 11.97 feet; thence 509002147"
West 241.74 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 0.775 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Vogel -Jones Highway 10 Self- Service Car
Wash (Short -form PD -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final
plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,
Article Vii, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
