AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR
TOUCHSTONE SUBDIVISION AT 6301 DAN
GLOVER ROAD (5- 1102).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of ordinances be
amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little rock for
Touchstone Subdivision (5 -1102) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -397. "Streets"
and Section 31 -209. "Residential Street Classification" be
amended to permit a deferral of the residential street
improvement requirements for Dan Glover Road and Whippoorwill
Lane for a period of five (5) years or until such time as
development occurs on adjacent properties.
Subsection b. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -232. (g) be
amended to provide for a waiver of pipe -stem lot prohibition for
lot number 2.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30.)
days from and after its passage.
