ORDINANCE NO. 17,266
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY 6 O 4
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-6167 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4,
Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 13;
thence N89056130 "E 458.7 feet; thence N00023130 "E
242.18 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence continue N00023130 "E 588.84 feet to the
southerly right -of -way of Asher Avenue (Ark.
Hwy. #5); thence S580431W along said Southerly
right -of -way 296.01 feet; thence S00051130 "W
136.0 feet; thence S890551E 103.5 feet; thence
500029130 "W 260.0 feet; thence N890371E 140.0
feet; thence 500023130 "W 40.0 feet; thence
N890371E 10.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
Containing 2.135 acres more or less: from
"C -3" General Commercial to "I -2" Light
Industrial District. (7501 -7505 Asher Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
