ORDINANCE NO. 17,265
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6161 - Described as that part of the West 1/2
SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the
Intersection of Allis Street and Asher Avenue,
thence South 62 1/20 West along the South line
of Asher Avenue, 169 feet, more or less, to a
point 150 foot distance from the West line of
Allis Street as measured along an imaginary
perpendicular line dropped from that point to
the West line of Allis Street, for the point of
beginning; thence South parallel to the West
line of Allis Street, 276 feet to a point,
thence East perpendicular to Allis Street 75
feet to a point; thence North 117 feet to a
point; thence East 29 feet to a point; thence
North 42.2 feet to a point; thence North 23 1/40
West 153.8 feet to a point on the South line of
Asher Avenue, thence South 62 1/20 West along
the South line of Asher Avenue 50 feet to the
point of beginning: from "R -3" Single Family
to "C -1" Neighborhood Commercial. (3205 Asher
Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
