ORDINANCE NO. 17,264
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (ORDINANCE NO. 16,222) IN THE I -630
DISTRICT, ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF
ASHER, BETWEEN VALMAR AND JOHNSON, FROM
SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTIFAMILY TO LOW
DENSITY MULTIFAMILY, PUBLIC /INSTITUTIONAL
AND MIXED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Staff after review of
the area believes it is appropriate to modify the plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after conducting a public
hearing on the issue recommends the Plan be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area on the north side of Asher Avenue from
Valmar Street to Brown Street is changed from Multifamily to Low
Density Multifamily, Mixed and Public /Institutional.
SECTION 2. An area on the south side of Asher Avenue from
Martin Street to Johnson Street is changed from Single Family to
Mixed.
SECTION 3. The Plan map is amended as shown on the attached
sketch map.
