AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE 558
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON GREEN ROAD
FOR CECELIA ADDITION LOCATED AT 7216 GREEN
ROAD (5- 1103).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Cecelia Addition (5 -1103) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -396. "Compliance" and Section 31-
209. "Residential Street Classification" be amended to provide for a deferral of the
required collector street improvements along Green Road for a period of 5 years or until
such time as Cecelia Addition is rezoned to a more intense land use or developed for such
uses whichever shall occur first.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
