AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED U.S.
POSTAL FACILITY PD -O (Z- 6051 -A) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from 0-2 Office and
Institutional District to PD -O Planned Development Office
District.
A parcel of land in Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, located
on an unnamed street running east off Chenal Parkway
and south of Systems Drive Little Rock, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence South 87059101 "E along
the North line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36 a
distance of 1,343.21 feet to a found iron pinch pipe;
thence 501034134 11W along the East line of the West 1/2
SE 1/4 said Section 36 a distance of 1,840.24 feet to a
"FIP" pinch -pipe; thence N87 017.20 "W a distance of
336.98 feet to a point and the true point of beginning
thence N87017120 "W a distance of 210.55 feet; thence
N76009113 "W a distance of 174.48 feet; thence
N23047.41 "E a distance of 199.53 feet; thence
587021130 "E a distance of 309.71 feet; thence
502038130 "W a distance of 220.24 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 74,397.86 square feet or 1.71
acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for U. S. Postal facility (Short -Form PD -O) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
