Q a WHEREAS, May 14, 1996, the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, found
v0 that the petition was signed by a majority of the owners in area and in number of the
v b following described lands located in Pulaski County, Arkansas; that the lands are

P contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate limits of the City of Little Rock,
v Arkansas; that an accurate plat or map of the lands has been filed with and made a part of
the petition; that proper notice had been given for the time and in the manner prescribed
by law; that all things pertaining thereto had been done in the manner prescribed by law;
and, that the lands should be annexed to and made a part of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, subject to the acceptance of the lands by the Board of Directors of the City at
the proper time as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the time fixed by law for appealing from the order of annexation made
by the County Court has expired and no appeal has been taken from the order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following described lands contiguous to and adjoining the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and the same are hereby, accepted as part of and
annexed to and made a part of the City of Little Rock:
the following described area, all lying wholly within Pulaski County,
Arkansas, to -wit:

The SETA of the SWIA and the North 37.08 acres of the W1 /2 of Section
18, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, All of the NE 1/4 of Section 13,
Township 1 South, Range 13 West except the NE1 /4 of the NE 1/4 and a
part of the SWIA of the SE1 /4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range
13 West, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the said SETA of the SWIA, Section 18,
Township 1 South, Range 12 West, thence South 89° 34' West 1320 feet,
thence North 0° 13' West 933 feet, thence South 89° 47' West 942 feet to
the west line of Section 18, thence North 00 27' West along the West line
of Section 18 to the SE corner of the NEIA of Section 13, Township 1
South, Range 13 West, thence West along the quarter -line to the center of
said Section 13, thence North to the northerly right of way line of the
C.R.I. & P. Railroad, said right of way line being the same as the City of
Little Rock limits line, thence northeasterly along said city limits to the
intersection with the East property line of Frazier E. Watson as recorded in
book 715 page 397, thence South along said East property line to the
North line of said Section 13, and the NE comer of the NW1 /4 of the
NEIA of said Section 13, thence South along the East line of said NWl /4
NEl /4 to the SE comer of said NW 1/4 of the NEIA of Section 13, thence
East to the range line of 12 and 13 west, thence South along the range line
to the NW comer of the SWIA of said Section 18, thence North 890 51'
East 948.8 feet, thence South 0° 13' East 1320.8 feet, thence North 891 31'
east 1325 feet to a point on Hilaro Springs Road, thence South along said
road 1320 feet to the point of beginning, containing 200.17 acres more or
less.
Including all adjacent and abutting streets and rights -of -way.
