AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS FOR TEN
MILE HOUSE LOCATED AT 6915
STAGECOACH ROAD, LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for a deferral from certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock
for Ten Mile House (2 -5908) located at 6915 Stagecoach Road, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 which requires
additional right -of -way dedication for
Stagecoach Road per the Master Street Plan for
Ten Mile House be deferred for five (5) years,
or until the State Highway Department decides
to widen Stagecoach Road and necessitates this
right -of -way, whichever occurs later.
SECTION 2. Because of the historical nature of this
property, the City will not enforce its right to the
Right -of -Way dedication until is is absolutely necessary to do
So.
