BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver from certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock
for Mount Carmel Pentecostal Holiness Church located at 4600 West 23rd Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of
Section 31 -201, which requires that whenever a proposed subdivision
abuts a partially constructed public street, the minimum of one -half of
the required improvements be provided, including constructing one -half
the width of the street and dedication of Master Street Plan right -of-
way. The specific waiver is to reduce the collector (commercial) street
standards to accommodate the existing structure.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
