AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,844
AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED
PLUNKETT SHORT -FORM PCD (Z -2582) NE CORNER OF
RODNEY PARHAM ROAD AT GREEN MOUNTAIN DRIVE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,844 was passed on April 17,
1990 establishing a Planned Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the PZD Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,844 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Commercial District titled Plunkett
Short -Form PCD at NE corner of Rodney Parham Road at Green
Mountain Drive.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the SE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of said Section 28; thence North 00019.00" West along
the East line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4 a distance of
82.54 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South
83058100" West 15.60 feet; thence South 07052100" East
15.00 feet; thence South 80047.00" West 77.60 feet;
thence North 38040,00" East 61.60 feet; thence North
08042.00" East 63.10 feet; thence along a curve to the
right having a radius of 1,900.00 feet, an arc distance
of 98.16 feet and a chord which bears North 10040,54"
East 98.16 feet and a chord which bears North 10040154"
East 98.14 feet; thence North 11026,08" East 152.62
feet; thence South 89053,53" East 68.74 feet to the
East line of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence South 00019.00"
East along said East line 327.46 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 0.810 acres, or 35,362 square
feet.
Be restored to R -2 Single Family as existed prior to
the adoption of Ordinance No. 15,844.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
