17221j) ORDINANCE NO. 17,221 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT a DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED UNITED PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION LOT 2 a SHORT -FORM IN THE 1300 BLOCK OF BOWMAN ROAD (Z- 4653 -D) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 Single Family District to PD -C Planned Commercial District.
