ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE ELLIS MOUNTAIN
DISTRICT, WEST OF BOWMAN ROAD, NORTH OF
CHERRY LAUREL FROM MULTIFAMILY TO
TRANSITION ZONE, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.

WHEREAS, the Neighborhood and Planning Staff believes it
appropriate to allow nonresidential use (office) in the area;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of the
issue at a public hearing recommends that the Plan be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area west of Bowman Road, north of
Cherry Laurel is changed from Multifamily to Transition
Zone.
SECTION 2. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
