ORDINANCE NO. 17,214

2 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 1995 BUDGET SAVINGS; AND FOR
3 OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the 1995 Year End Financial Report for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
6
7 indicated substantial budget savings, which were subject to audit; and
8 WHEREAS, the 1995 independent audit of the City's financial records has been
9 completed; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock has previously expressed
11
12 its intent to establish an Infrastructure Fund and to place high priority on maintaining and
13 improving the City's infrastructure in Resolution No. 9,524.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
15
16 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 SECTION 1. The sum of $2,308,424 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
18 balance of the General Fund to the City's Infrastructure Fund.

SECTION 2. The sum of $427,661 is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
20
21 balance of the Street Futld to the City's street resurfacing project.
