ORDINANCE NO. 17,213
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF THE
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS REQUIREMENTS
FOR PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PART OF BLOCK 19 AND
BLOCK 22, RUSSELL'S ADDITION AND PART OF LOT 1,
BLOCK "A ", FLETCHER AND CLARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, LOCATED AT 1424 EAST 2ND
STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for part
of Block 19 and Block 22, Russell's Addition and part of Lot 1, Block "A ", Fletcher and Clark
Addition of the City of Little Rock located at 1424 East 2nd Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, which requires construction of one -half the width
of the street for East 2nd Street along the boundary of the property be waived. This waiver is
conditioned on improving existing conditions to City Standards and the removal of a
pedestrian bridge including supporting structures.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
