AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
5 YEAR DEFERAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR HARCROS CHEMICAL
GROUP PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3100 WEST
65TH STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for a 5 year deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the
City of Little Rock for Harcros Chemical Property located at 3100 West 65ffi Street, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, which requires construction of one-
half the width of the street for Murray Street along the boundary of the property
and improvements to the intersection be deferred for five (5) years..
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
