ORDINANCE NO. 17,204
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
KANIS MINI - STORAGE AMENDED PD -C (Z-4653-
C) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from PCD Planned
Commercial District to PCD Planned Commercial District
(revised).
A parcel of land in part of the NW 1/4 of Section
9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, at 12,101 Kanis Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
and part of Lot 1, United Properties Subdivision,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of the South 1/2, NE
1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W;
thence N02052'46 "E 326.95 feet; thence 5880141281E
149.97 feet; thence NO2 012.28 "E 320.07 feet to a
point on the southern right -of -way line of Kanis
Road; thence 587053123 "E along southern right -of-
way line of Kanis Road a distance of 346.30'feet;
thence S02009111"W 319.79 feet; thence N88014147 "W
31.05 feet, thence SO1 045117 "W 229.64 feet; thence
N87047.05 "E West 137.27 feet; thence 501051119 "W
99.92 feet; thence N87039114 "W 334.51 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 5.76 acres more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
