AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6131 - Described as the North 180 feet of
Tract 4, Montclair Subdivision in the South
1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Little Rock, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of said
Tract 1; thence North 87029112" West along
the South line of said Tract 1 a distance of
216.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING at the
Northeast corner of said Tract 4; thence
South 01017.43" West along the East line of
said Tract 4 a distance of 180.04 feet;
thence North 87029,12" West 199.45 feet to a
point on the West line of said Tract 4;
thence North 01017116" East along said West
line 61.22 feet to the Northeast corner of
Tract 5, Montclair Subdivision; thence North
86059,42" West along the North line of said
Tract 5 a distance of 15.56 feet to the
Southeast corner of Tract 9; thence North
01011,25" East along the East line of said
Tract 9 a distance of 118.69 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Tract 4; thence
South 87029,12" East along the North line of
said Tract 4 a distance of 215.24 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.867 acres,
more or less: From "R -2" Single Family
District to "0-3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 thereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
