AN ORDINANCE RENEWING A TAXICAB
OPERATOR PERMIT FOR A ONE YEAR
PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1996 TO
DECEMBER 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION. 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby renews the taxicab operator permit of the following
taxicab operator for a one year period beginning January 1,
1996.
A. Black & White Cab Company & Danny Webb
SECTION 2. This taxicab operator permit shall automatically
expire at midnight, December 31, 1996.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
