AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
15,899 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED FLOWER SHOP SHORT -FORM
(Z -5310) AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST
10TH AT FAIR PARK BLVD. AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,899 was passed on July 3,
1990 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,899 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Commercial District titled Flower
Shop Short -Form at the Northwest corner of West 10th Street
at Fair Park Blvd.
SECTION 2. That the property described as: Lots 1, 2
and 3, Block 6, Perry Heights Addition be restored to R -3
Single Family District as existed prior to the adoption of
Ordinance No. 15,899.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
