AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
14,414 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED KIMBEL AND BODEMAN PRD
SHORT -FORM (Z- 3946 -A) 705 AND 711
VALENTINE STREET AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,414 was passed on March 15,
1983 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for developments; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,414 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Residential District titled Kimbel
and Bodeman Short -Form at 705 and 711 valentine Street.
SECTION 2. That the property described as: Lots 10
and 11, Block 7, Kimbel and Bodeman Addition be restored to
R -2 Single Family District as existed prior to the adoption
of Ordinance No. 14,414.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
