AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6110 - Described as the South 200 feet of
the following described property:
Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, described as:
Commencing at the intersection of the West
line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 32 and
the North right -of -way of Baseline Road;
thence N89 030129 "E along said North right -of-
way line, 330 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 599.44 feet; thence East 170
feet; thence South 598.04 feet to the North
right -of -way of Baseline Road; thence
S89 030129 "W along said right -of -way, 170 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 2.34
acres, more or less; from "R -2" Single Family
to "0-3" General Office District. (3818

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
