AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
FOR A VARIANCE OF STREET STANDARDS
FOR STREET CURBING FOR THE VILLAGES
OF WELLINGTON INCLUDING LOYOLA
DRIVE EXTENSION AND VILLAGE
COMMONS ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 30, Street and Sidewalk, of the Little Rock City
Code be amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within the Street and
Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for The Villages
of Wellington including Loyola Drive Extension and Village Commons Road.
Subsection a. That Section 30 -196, Street and Sidewalk, be varied for
the purposes of allowing a standup curb section in -lieu of the curb
sections approved by this section.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after its passage.
