ORDINANCE NO. 17.155
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
FOR A SIDEWALK VARIANCE FOR THE
VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 30, Street and Sidewalk, of the Little Rock City
Code be amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within the Street and
Sidewalk Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for The Villages
of Wellington.
Subsection a. That Section 30, Street and Sidewalk, of the Little Rock
City Code be varied for the purposes of allowing construction of
a 4 foot sidewalk that does not conform to the provisions of
Section 30-48. Section 30-48 states that "The width of sidewalks
shall be a minimum of four (4) feet and the inner edge shall be on
the property line".
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after its passage.
